The laboratory has the British AWT smoke temperature test system, the American UL smoke test system, and the German Lorenz smoke temperature alarm test system, which can accurately simulate the standard smoke and temperature environment, and realize the test of smoke/temperature fire detectors.The test items include orientation test, repeatability test, alarm response threshold test, airflow test, ambient light test, operating temperature test, response time test, power supply parameter fluctuation test and other key parameters of alarm performance.

Fire sensitivity test

Our laboratory has national standard and European standard combustion laboratory and test system, which can simulate the response performance of smoke fire detector under real fire conditions.During the test, the smoke concentration value (M), temperature change (△T) and response threshold (Y) of the detector were measured in real time under four test fires (SH1-wood pyrolysis smoldering fire, SH2-cotton rope smoldering fire, SH3-polyurethane plastic fire and SH4-n-heptane fire).

Combustible gas test

Standardized gas testing laboratory established in accordance with the national gas standard (GB 15322.1-2019), and meet the corresponding regulations of explosion-proof places.At present, the company has foreign advanced combustible gas detection system, and the equipment is the combustible gas analyzer (CH4, C3H8, CO) imported from Siemens, and the gas injection instrument adopts Beijing Jingfang Institute of Physics and Chemistry and its standard ring gas distribution test chamber. The test items cover alarm action value test, azimuth test, repeatability test, range indication deviation test, preheating alarm test, low concentration operation test and other key parameter test, as well as environmental (high and low temperature, damp and heat) test.
