Safety type test

Safety tests, namely, safety standards and specifications, refer to safety standards and regulations to avoid or prevent electrical and electrical products from producing electric shocks, energy hazards, ignition machinery and heat-related hazards to the human body or property.Testing company has a perfect safety test equipment, according to the national standard (GB) and IEC/EN and other international standards to test products. Provide customers with electrical strength, insulation resistance, leakage current and other safety tests.

Electrical strength test

Electrical strength test is one of the routine tests of the safety performance of electronic and electrical products. It tests the mechanical hazard of products and whether it may cause mechanical and electric shock injury to human body.

Applicable standards:GB 4943.1-2011 IEC60950-1:2005
Test range:0.10~5.00KV(AC&DC)±2%

Insulation resistance test

Insulation resistance is a test to determine whether the insulation material and space distance of equipment meet the requirements by applying a voltage higher than its rated value and maintaining it for a certain period of time.

Applicable standards:GB 4943.1-2011 IEC60950-1:2005
Test range:0~9999 MΩ Resolution: 1MΩ

Leakage current test

Leakage current is in the absence of external pressure and equipment failure conditions, electrical insulation between the live parts, ground parts and metal through the surrounding medium to form the current.

Applicable standards:GB 4943.1-2011 IEC60950-1:2005
Test range: Voltage: 0 ~ 300V Current: 0.1UA ~ 20.00mA

Temperature rise test

During normal use, the parts of the equipment shall not have too high temperature. Due to the heat generated by some high-current components, the temperature rise of the device is too high. Working in this state for a long time may degrade the performance of the insulation material, which may lead to the danger of electric shock, scald, or fire.
Temperature rise test is one of the important tests for the safety performance of electronic and electrical products. It is used to evaluate the quality and safety characteristics of electrical products.

Applicable standards:GB 4943.1-2011 IEC60950-1:2005
Test range:-40℃-200℃

Battery charge and discharge test

Check the battery capacity and performance.

Applicable standards:GA 1151-2014
Test range: Batteries with power supply voltage below 5V for wireless products.
