Impartiality, honesty and independence

Fairness:

a)Comply with national laws, regulations and requirements of accreditation agencies, conduct fair testing services for customers, perform legal obligations, and assume legal responsibilities;
b) Establish good professional behavior, maintain and improve recognized testing capabilities and effective quality control system;
c) Adhere to the principle of open, fair and non-discriminatory service;
d) Maintain the rights of customers and protect customers' ownership and patent rights from infringement;
e) Adhere to independent testing and independent judgment, and testing activities are not adversely affected by any party;
f) Do not accept investment sponsorship and interest agency activities that violate the fairness of the test, and do not intervene in market competition and conflicts of interest between customers.

Honesty and independence:

a)Carry out testing and testing in accordance with the law, and promise to perform legal obligations and civil liabilities to customers;
b) Organizationally ensure that leaders who are in charge of R&D, production, operation, etc. and the testing work have potential conflicts of interest are not directly in charge of the testing work; the testing personnel are not allowed to participate in the company’s R&D, operation, production, sales and technical consulting, etc. Stakeholder activities; personnel and departments that have conflicts of interest between the company and testing are not allowed to intervene in the testing activities of the laboratory;
c) When the inspection work conflicts with other tasks, the principle of obedience to the inspection work should be followed to avoid psychological pressure on employees;
d) Do not publicly evaluate the inspected items and results to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customers;
e) The test report and results issued by the company promised to be signed by the tester, reviewer, and approver, and no individual shall disclose the test results to any individual or organization without authorization;
f) Do not block customer complaints related to testing, and promise to give a reasonable response to each complaint within the agreed time;
g) The company requires all employees to strictly abide by and earnestly perform all agreements or contracts signed with customers on time, and promise not to harm the economic interests of customers;
h) The company incorporates the behavior and quality performance of inspectors into the content of employee assessment. Those who violate the company’s code of conduct will be criticized, warned, or administratively punished depending on the circumstances and the consequences. Maintain the rights and interests of customers:

a)Propose the right to meet their own requirements to the company's testing services;
b) Put forward requirements for the protection of confidential information and ownership of testing services;
c) Have the right to know the details of the testing services provided;
d) The right to inquire about the provided test data and results;
e) The right to supervise and verify the company's testing without prejudice to the confidentiality and safety of other customers;
f) Ownership of the inspected items, objects and their technologies, patents and inspection results issued by our company;
g) Have the right to veto the unapproved subcontract test results.
