On January 30, 2021, the National Quantum Computing and Measurement Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 578) annual meeting was held in Jinan in the form of a combination of live and video.

The meeting read out the list of all members of the first session, and reviewed the 2020 work report of the National Quantum Computing and Measurement Standardization Technical Committee. Guo Huanxin, Deputy Director of the Standards and Technology Department of the State Administration for Market Supervision, and Ma Xiaoou, Director of the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. In 2020, the work of the National Quantum Computing and Measurement Standardization Technical Committee has made positive progress: completed the establishment of the first national standard project "Quantum Computing Terms and Definitions", and held important positions in three major international standardization organizations such as ITU, ISO and IEC . In 2021, the Standards Committee will continue to optimize the standard system, deepen the pre-research of standards, promote the development of national standards, and continue to voice China in international standardization, and provide standard support for technology research and development and industrialization in the quantum field
